To improve users' experience and interaction with the Post Magazine iPad app

Post Magazine wanted to find out just how user friendly their iPad app was and how could they further improve it for their audiences. They needed to find out any implications the current design / content / interactions had, for example if users were able to browse the issues without any difficulties.
A study with detailed user comments, videos and recommendations which were then presented to stakeholders, production & editorial teams. Since this study, other internal brand teams had taken note and used our findings to improve their own apps.
